An outdoor agility installation on the San Francisco 49ers' practice field — designed, engineered, and installed by Green Constructors, then later fully rebuilt when the practice field converted from astroturf to natural grass.
Vintage Contractors held the prime contract with the 49ers through their long-standing relationship with the team. Green Constructors self-performed 100% of the design, engineering, and installation — the post layout, the auger drilling, the concrete footings, and the hand-cut log hurdles.
Every hurdle was sized and notched on site with chainsaws, hoisted into position, and set. The foundation for each post was augered in with our branded Kubota skid steer and filled with concrete from a pump truck staged on the south side of Levi's Stadium. When the 49ers later converted the practice field from astroturf to natural grass, they called us back to remove the original installation, protect the new turf during reinstall, and rebuild the course into the grass. Same design, refined execution.
This is what "we self-perform everything" actually looks like — the owner of the company on site with a chainsaw, cutting logs to length for the 49ers' agility course.
On site at Levi's Stadium with a Stihl chainsaw, orange hard hat, and branded Green Constructors shirt. Every log hurdle on the field was sized, notched, and set by the same hands that show up at your job.

We work with general contractors, architects, and private facility owners on one-off custom installations. If it takes a Kubota, a concrete pump, and a chainsaw in the same day, we're probably the right shop.
